PVH Corp. was the sole global apparel company ranked among 80 other companies on the 2019 Diversity Best Practices Inclusion Index.

This was PVH’s first time on the annual list. It was ranked along with companies including Bank of America, Estee Lauder and T-Mobile.

The Inclusion Index helps organizations understand gaps of underrepresented in their workforce and creates a road map to drive internal change and solutions through proven best practices. Organizations provided data and were measured in three key areas: best practices in the recruitment, retention and advancement of people from underrepresented groups; company culture including leadership accountability; and transparency and improvement in year-to-year demographic diversity.

“PVH always has had a culture where we treat each other like family and celebrate the unique perspectives of all individuals,” said Dave Kozel, EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. “We understand the critical role that our people play in our success, which is why we are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace.”
