Sustainable Finance

In accordance with its strategy, PVH has designed this Green Financing Framework (the “Framework”) under which it will finance or refinance projects that are intended to have environmental benefits. This Framework details which project types are eligible for financing or refinancing with the net proceeds of various types of financings the Company elects to use.
