PVH Celebrates Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

For the next installment of our Point of View series, we hear from our Hispanic & Latinx North America associates as part of PVH’s Inclusion & Diversity journey to create an inclusive environment where every individual is valued and every voice is heard.

PVH gives associates a platform to share honest and open feedback on how PVH can further support our Hispanic & Latinx communities.

Earlier this year, PVH welcomed our first Hispanic/Latinx Business Resource Group (BRG) - Latinxs Organized for Leading & Achieving (LOLA). LOLA and our many other BRGs create more opportunity for representation at all levels of the organization, and ensures that our different perspectives are reflected in the way our business operates.

In PVH’s recently established I&D commitments, we put forth a target to double Black and Hispanic/Latinx representation at Director and VP levels in the U.S. by 2026. Our goal is for PVH associates to reflect the diversity of our consumers in communities around the world where we live and work, and to create opportunities for underrepresented populations within our workplace.
