PVH Expands Partnership with Fashion For All Foundation

As part of our diversity recruitment priorities, PVH has expanded our partnership with Fashion For All Foundation (FFA), announcing a new financial commitment which continues to support our shared efforts to create awareness and diversity, equity and inclusion for all in the fashion industry.

PVH and FFA have been working together for years through their Summer Intensive Program by hosting showroom visits, career exploration events and ongoing recruitment efforts, placing FFA students and alumni in internships and full-time roles at PVH.

Who we hire, and how we hire them, has a significant impact on diversity at PVH. Our goal is for PVH associates to reflect the diversity of our consumers in communities around the world where we live and work, and to create opportunities for women and underrepresented groups, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and individuals with diverse abilities.

With our additional support, FFA will deliver year-round student programming including mock interviews, resume writing clinics, networking workshops and opportunities to meet professionals in the industry. The programming is structured to make an effort towards eliminating the barriers to entry and increasing access to education and awareness for students who come from underrepresented communities and aspire to work and thrive in the fashion industry. As part of the program, PVH and FFA will work together towards assisting these students to enter the fashion industry through internships, jobs, education and/or access to mentorship.

To kick off the program, PVH is hosting a virtual open house on Thursday, November 4 for FFA students, alumni and friends to learn more about PVH, hear from our Inclusion & Diversity team and network with representatives from our Business Resource Groups.
