Dana Perlman has been elevated to the role of Chief Strategy Officer and Treasurer for PVH Corp.

Describe your role in the PVH organization?
I work closely with Stefan and our senior leadership team to help drive PVH’s next chapter of growth by helping to create, activate and articulate PVH’s go forward strategy and ultimately driving progress and support to achieve its targets. I am responsible for the Treasurer and Investor Relations functions which focuses on preserving and managing the company’s financial flexibility, and articulating and communicating PVH’s growth story to the investment community. In addition, I support the company around risk management efforts including overseeing our accounts receivables.
What are the top considerations when mapping out the global business strategy?
When mapping out the global business strategy, there are a number of considerations including the macro environment, changing retail landscape, and consumer preferences. Specifically, for our brands, we look closely at the growth opportunities from a consumer as well as regional and product perspective, what are the enablers to get the businesses to achieve their goals and how do the corporate functions support these operations?
What is the biggest business challenge facing the fashion/apparel industry?
There are a few areas in the industry and within the business that are constantly on our radar such as the speed of change, delivering for our consumer – whenever and wherever they want – and doing it in a sustainable and responsible way, and creating the opportunities for our brands to evolve.
What makes you optimistic about the future?
Our biggest brands – TOMMY HILFIGER and Calvin Klein – have tremendous untapped potential from both a geographic and product perspective to impact real change. I am excited to be a part of the leadership team that takes our business to next level.

How would you describe the Power of PVH – and what should we do about it?
There is a tremendous amount of talent at PVH and I am excited by the opportunity to work with our associates every day. It has been incredible to watch what our associates have been able to accomplish over the past 10 years that I’ve been here, and I look forward to what we’ll do together as one team.
