Michael Calbert 

Former Senior Partner with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. 

Michael, Chair of the PVH Board, served as Senior Partner with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) for 15 years where he was responsible for the Global retail private equity practice. Mike currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Dollar General and also serves on the board of Executive Network Partnering Corp. Mike previously served on the Board of Directors of AutoZone, Vestcom International, Shoppers Drug Mart and Toys ‘R Us; Chair of Academy Sports & Outdoors, Pets at Home and U.S. Foods; and as Lead Director for Brookshire Grocery Company. Prior to KKR, Michael was Chief Financial Officer of Randall’s Food Markets.

Stefan Larsson

Chief Executive Officer, PVH Corp.

Stefan Larsson is PVH Corp.’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors. He assumed both roles in February 2021, having joined the company as President in 2019. Prior to joining PVH, Stefan was the Chief Executive Officer of Ralph Lauren Corp., where he successfully refocused the company on what made it iconic, improved its performance and set the path for future growth. Previously, Stefan served as the Global President of Old Navy, a division of Gap Inc., where he helped Old Navy deliver 12 consecutive quarters of profitable growth and positioned the brand among the top preferred brands among millennials in America. Preceding that, for nearly 15 years, Stefan held multiple key leadership roles on the team responsible for growing H&M, with revenues increasing from approximately $3 billion to $17 billion and operations expanding from 12 to 44 countries. He started his career at H&M, working in global roles with responsibility for product including assortment planning, merchandising and production.

Jesper Andersen

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the LEGO Group

Mr. Andersen is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the world’s largest toy manufacturer, the LEGO Group, a role that he has held since October 2020. He is responsible for the LEGO Group’s finance team and also oversees the company’s legal, compliance and risk management, strategy and transformation, government affairs and business services teams. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Mr. Andersen was the Chief Financial Officer at other major consumer brands, including Beiersdorf and plant-based food company Upfield, and served two decades in financial leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Ajay Bhalla

President, Cyber & Intelligence, Mastercard International 

Mr. Bhalla is President, Cyber & Intelligence, at Mastercard, where he is responsible for advancing trust across Mastercard’s brand, products, services and digital ecosystem. He has been with Mastercard for over 20 years, holding various global leadership positions of increasing responsibility. He is a Senior Fellow at The Fletcher School, Tufts University, a Science Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)and is an Executive in Residence at Oxford University. He also is a strategic advisor to the World Economic Forum, serving on the Executive Steering Committee for Digital Trust and as a Co-Chair of the Global Council on Cybersecurity.

Brent Callinicos

Former Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer, Virgin Hyperloop One; Former Chief Financial Officer, Uber Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Callinicos was Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Virgin Hyperloop One (an autonomous transportation company) from January 2017 to March 2018. Before that, he was an advisor at Uber Technologies, Inc. (an on-demand car service company) from 2015 to 2016 and Uber’s Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2015.

Mr. Callinicos was Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of Google Inc. (a global technology leader now known as Alphabet Inc.) from 2012 to 2013 and Vice President and Treasurer of Google for five years before that.

George Cheeks

President and Chief Executive Officer of CBS

Mr. Cheeks has served as President and CEO of CBS (a news, entertainment and sports media company and studio) since March 2020.

Mr. Cheeks previously served as Vice Chairman of NBCUniversal Content Studios from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, he held other various leadership roles of increasing responsibility at NBCUniversal, including as Co-Chairman of NBC Entertainment from 2018 to 2019, Co-President of Universal Cable Productions and President of Late Night Programming at NBC Entertainment 2017 to 2018, President of Business Operations and Late Night Programming at NBC Entertainment from 2014 to 2017 and Executive Vice President of Business Operations from 2012 to 2014. 

Kate Gulliver

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, Wayfair Inc.

Ms. Gulliver has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Wayfair Inc.—one of the world’s largest home retailers—since November 2022, where she is responsible for leading the company’s Finance, Talent, Legal, Real Estate, and Corporate Communication functions. In Ms. Gulliver’s decade-plus with Wayfair, she has held other leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including as Chief People Officer from 2016-2022 and as Head of Investor Relations from 2014-2016. Previously, Ms. Gulliver worked as an investor at Bain Capital, a private equity firm. She started her career in consulting at McKinsey & Company.

G. Penny McIntyre

Former Chief Executive Officer, Sunrise Senior Living, LLC

Ms. McIntyre was Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Senior Living, LLC (a provider of senior living services) from November 2013 to May 2014. Before that, she served as President of the Consumer Group of Newell Brands for one year, and Group President of Newell Brands’ Office Products Group for three years. Earlier in her career, she spent almost 11 years at The Coca-Cola Company, including as Senior Vice President, General Manager, Functional Beverages (overseeing still beverages, such as water, tea and coffee), after holding a series of marketing positions of escalating responsibility, including Group Marketing Director, Europe, Asia and Middle East.

Amy McPherson

Principal investor and consultant; Retired President and Former Managing Director, Europe, Marriott International, Inc.

Ms. McPherson retired as President and Managing Director, Europe at Marriott (a global lodging company) in 2019 and has taken on a role as a principal investor and consultant to a children-focused media business. She joined Marriott in 1986 and served in roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and Integration, and Vice President of Finance and Business Development. 

Amanda Sourry

Former President, Unilever North America

Ms. Sourry served as President, Unilever North America (a personal care, foods, refreshment, and home care consumer products company) from 2018 to 2020. She also held the title Head of Global Customer Development, Unilever, from 2018 to 2019. Ms. Sourry spent almost her entire career — over 30 years — in roles of increasing responsibility at Unilever, including President, Global Foods Category of Unilever plc from 2015 to 2017; Executive Vice President, Global Haircare from 2014 to 2015; and Executive Vice President, U.K. and Ireland from 2010 to 2014
