There are good places to work, and there are great ones. We are now, officially, certified as a Great Place to Work in the U.S.
Becoming a Great Place to Work is based on extensive ratings provided by associates in anonymous surveys and reviewed by independent analysts. According to the results, 88 percent of PVH’s U.S. associates deemed the company a “great workplace.”
Other survey results include:
-“I’m proud to tell others I work here,” 94 percent
-“I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community,” 94 percent
-“I am able to take time off from work when I think it’s necessary,” 91 percent
-“We have special and unique benefits here,” 90 percent
-“Management is honest and ethical in its business practices,” 89 percent
Among the programs and benefits cited as helping PVH stand with other best-in-class employers are PVH’s Associate Relief Fund, Inclusion & Diversity Academy, Leaders As Teachers, PVH Archive and our inclusive familylike environment.
“I can proudly say that I feel good about coming to work every day at PVH, and I’m thrilled to receive a recognition acknowledging that so many of our associates feel the same way,” said Chairman and CEO Emanuel (Manny) Chirico. “Congratulations to the PVH family on our having our company officially named as a Great Place to Work.”
Companies also certified as a Great Place to Work include Salesforce.com, American Express, Hyatt Hotels, Capital One and Patagonia.
Great Place to Work is considered a global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. It produces in conjunction with Fortune the annual “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, as well as specialized lists focusing on Women, Diversity and Small Companies.
PVH also is on Fortune’s list of The World’s Most Admired Companies.
Separately, PVH is proud to have landed earlier this year on Forbes’ lists for Best Companies for Women and Best Companies for Diversity.
