The IFP (Independent Filmmaker Project), Calvin Klein Collection and Euphoria Calvin Klein Celebrated Women in Film at the 65th Cannes Film Festival
NEW YORK, NY, MAY 17, 2012 – Calvin Klein, Inc. announced today that the IFP (Independent Filmmaker Project), Calvin Klein Collection and euphoria Calvin Klein celebrated women in film earlier this evening at an event during the 65th Cannes Film Festival.
The event, held at a private villa in Cannes, celebrated actors Diane Kruger, Naomi Watts, Ludivine Sagnier, Shailene Woodley and Jessica Chastain. IFP’s Executive Director Joana Vicente served as one of the evening’s hosts.
The following guests who attended and were wardrobed in Calvin Klein Collection included: Ms. Kruger, a 2012 Cannes Film Festival Juror; Ms. Watts; Ms. Sagnier; Ms. Woodley; Ms. Chastain; Lara Stone; Melissa George; Carmen Chaplin; Dolores Chaplin; Hayley Atwell; Du Juan; Vahina Giocante and Ms. Vicente.
Other guests of note in attendance included Alec Baldwin & Hilaria Thomas, Jada Pinkett Smith, Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer, Joshua Jackson, Isla Fisher, Inès de La Fressange; Astrid Muñoz, and David Walliams.
Earlier today it was announced that Ms. Stone will be featured in the new global advertising campaign for euphoria Calvin Klein, which will break worldwide in October. Since Fall 2010, Ms. Stone has been the face of Calvin Klein’s global advertising campaigns for Calvin Klein Collection, ck Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Jeans, and the ck one lifestyle brand, including the new ck one color cosmetics campaign.
Ms. Watts was recently named Astalift's new European brand ambassador.
